Hi guys, it looks like my Denali Data Feed is active but I don't receive the real time data. My charts show price action until June 18, 2021. Could you point out what could cause this problem please?

Everything looks setup properly. We would need to see your message log for one of the symbols for which you are having an issue by following these instructions:

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:
Message Log: Clearing the Message Log

Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart.

Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect".

Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".

After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:

We will then determine what the problem is.

Guys, thank you for your prompt reply! The issue is solved now. I just didn't rollover an expired symbol; this is why there was no data for the last few days.
