Hi. I have a balance with amp that's showing up in my sierra chart. Also, I paid the $26 fee. I connected to the "Data/Trade Service Settings Window", selected CQG WebAPI, and when I put in my AMP username and password from amp it gives me an error message saying "user name and password are incorrect" and i cannot connect to the service. Am I suppose to use my AMP user name and password on the "Data/Trade Service Settings Window" setting area or where is this user name / password suppose to come from? Thanks in advance.

Also, I paid the $26 this earlier this morning yet it says I have a zero balance. I do have an emailed receipt of proof of purchase.

You need to enter your CQG Username and Password. You should have received that information from AMP. If you do not have it, then you will need to ask AMP for the information.

You have a $0.00 balance because the money you deposited was then used to give you Package 3 for 1 month. You can see your Transactions by selecting the Transaction History and Payment Receipts link on the Account Control Panel, or you can select the link below and login to the Sierra Chart website with your Account Name and Password:
