Hi Guys, After the latest update I can no longer use a different data source on a separate instance. I used to use Interactive Brokers on the first one and SC data on the second one for Crypto. At the moment, it is only or the next ? Thank you C |

When you refer to a separate instance, are you saying that you have a completely separate installation of Sierra Chart, such that you have 2 installations in total, one connected to IB and the other to SC Data - All Services? If so, then you should not have a problem with this setup. You should be able to connect the one to IB and the other to SC Data - All Services without any issue. Are you not getting the selections in the File >> Data/Trade Service Settings? If you are using a Sub-Instance, then what you are asking for is not supported. Sub-Instances are always setup to get their data from the main instance from which they were started. I have just installed a second installation on my computer and it seems to work, However I am very sure that I used to have the setup as per above while having only one installation and using a new instance from File ---> New instance. I thought I may give u some feedback. Thanks for the help above. Regards C |

Definitely selecting File >> New Instance is NOT going to give you the ability to select a different data source. You have to have the separate installation as you have now.
