DOM Problems

Hi Guys,

since today morning, my DOM EuroSXX50 is unusable, also since couple of weeks the chart (EuroStxx50) displays format 0.1 - I couldn´t find anything at EUREX about change of product in the EuroStxx50.
SC DOM/Chart displays tick size of 0.5!? I´ll send a screenshot of chart and DOM.

Please let me know if EUREX made any change - as mentioned above I couldn´t find a change in product!

My last inquiry is solved - it seems the eurex has changed the FESX product from tick size 1 to 0.5!
Nontheless there is still a problem with the DOM...

The tick size for this product changed. We have done the updates now, including the changes on the server.

Follow the instructions here to update the Symbol Settings:
Global Symbol Settings: Update Global Symbol Settings

Be sure to re-connect to the data feed also.

If you are still having problems do the following:

Follow the instructions here to update the Symbol Settings:
Global Symbol Settings: Update Global Symbol Settings

And then follow these instructions to apply these settings to these FESX charts:
