SC Usage time renewal / Service package upgrade doubt

Hi there, I have been using the service package 5 w/ Denali for the last 6 months. As my usage time is set to be renewed next week, I noticed that instead of Service Package 5, my current package was set to Service Package 11. At the moment, one of my recurring services is: - $3.25 Denali - Activated Exchange: Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) for nonprofessional Trading accounts Was my package automatically upgraded because it is cheaper to buy Service package 11? If yes, could you help me understand the prices of the services included in service package 11? I could not understand the $8/month difference between Service package 5($28.8/month) and Service package 11($36.8/month). I ask because, as described above, I pay $3.25/month for Denali. Previously, you had the following setup: - Package 5 - Denali Exchange Data Feed Fee ($10.00) - Denali Exchange - Full CME Group ($3.25) We made a change several months ago such that the Denali Exchange Data Feed Fee is part of the Packages pricing, that way the price can be reduced by purchasing multiple months up front (as you have done). Therefore, we automatically changed you to Package 11, which is the same as Package 5 (Advanced) plus the Denali Exchange Data Feed Fee. You then continue to pay for the exchange fee on a calendar month basis as you have been. In the end, nothing is different, except you are paying a little less for the Denali Exchange Data Feed Fee.
