Hi! I received the following message recently. All I want to do is trade the ES future. Please let me know what I need at bare minimum to be able to do that. I want to deactivate a few services. On a separate note, we see that you have activated multiple exchanges for the Denali Exchange Data Feed for the CME Group which are redundant to each other. For instance, you have the Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) with Market Depth for nonprofessional Trading accounts which gives you all the data available, so you would not need any other exchange options. So you will want to determine what exactly you want to keep and deactivate the others. Note that the exchanges do not give refunds, so we are unable to refund the payments you made for the extra exchanges. |

We will deactivate everything except CME with market depth for nonprofessional trading accounts.

We have set all the exchange options for the CME Group to not renew next month except for the CME with Market Depth for nonprofessional Trading accounts. That one exchange will renew on July 1, so you can continue to get the ES data with Market Depth.
