I added $INX from "find a symbol" then "real time data" and I'm not getting real time data. I subscribe to SC all data and thought that included real time SP500 index. Is $INX the correct symbol for the SP500 for real time data? Please advise to my situation with obtaining real time data for the SP500 cash index. thank you!

The $INX is not Real-Time unless you pay for the S&P Indices exchange that is part of the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed. Refer to the information here: Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed You do have access to the SPX500 CFD real-time data. You will find that symbol listed under the CFD - FXCM section on the Find Symbol page.
