Hi, I have tried setting up alerts. I set up in both global settings and as well as on the actual chart drawing properties but the alert doesn't fire. No sound or email. Should I be doing something extra? Thanks |

We assume you are trying to create a Chart Drawing Alert, by selecting Alerts for the drawing itself. In which case, are you selecting the option at the top for Enable Alert for Chart Drawing?
