Regarding your pop-up message (system, notification 6/3/21) I've upgraded my charts to v2268. After June 15 will I still get ALL my charts as usual? (what about Historical Daily data - just the Daily timeframe effected?) Also what is "New Instance" (ie File + New Instance)- never used it? Just want to make sure that I will have all my charts - I just don't want a problem not getting my charts. Please explain. Thanks |

Since you have updated to version 2268, you are fine. You will not have any issues. The File >> New Instance option starts a new instance of Sierra Chart. It is a completely separate instance, so any changes made in that sub-instance are only for the sub-instance and do not effect the main instance (or other sub-instances) of Sierra Chart.
