Numbers Bars not working

Since my latest update to version 2222, my numbers bars charts are blank (both the bars themselves and the numbers bars calculated values). I have attached an example chart for your review. Please advise and thank you for your help.

Everything looks fine when we open the chartbook. The following is a link to what it looks like on our end:

Make sure you have the underlying data by removing the Numbers Bars study and ensuring you have all the bars for the time period you are looking at.

One additional thing - make sure your data is stored Tick by Tick. It must be this way for the Numbers Bars to calculate properly. Refer to the information here:
Data/Trade Service Settings: Intraday Data Storage Time Unit (Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Common Settings)
