Hi,
Can you kindly inform on the following;

1. Does Service Package: 3 include the Italian Stock Index commonly known as ITA40. I am only interested in the Index, not individual stocks.
2. If the ITA40 is included does it have 2 yrs of 1 minute real-time historical data.

In response to your reply I purchased 1 month package 3 which includes Sierra Chart Real-Time and Historical Forex / CFD Data Service. After following instructions the only ATI40 that I can find is SC Forex Data (FXCM). This real-time historical data* is limited from 2013-05-27 to 2013-08-26 on any intra-day timeframe. This appears a set limit that cannot be changed. My Brokers have more ITA40 real-time current data than the above limitation.

Can you kindly advise as this limited data is of no use to me.

* Real-time historical data as defined as available in intra-day timeframes.

Apology for the double post. An installation in process tried to reboot, etc, etc.

The above instructions enabled required objective to be achieved.
