I am on an extended trial through TopStepTrader and cannot log on this morning. The message is "Your usage time has ended. But I have 76 more days according to the account page.

The issue was that you have two trial accounts, one was a normal trial account and the other setup as a TopStepTrader account. Now both of your Sierra Chart accounts are setup as Top Step Trader accounts. Please restart Sierra Chart. If you want to use the same account that you used to login to the Support Board, please follow the instructions here: If you need to login with a different Sierra Chart Account Name than you are already using or ensure verification of your account information, please do the following: 1- Start Sierra Chart. There should be an icon for Sierra Chart on your desktop. If not, install Sierra Chart from this page: http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?l=doc/download.php 2- Press the Cancel button on the Login window (For this to work, you need to be on version 803 or higher). 3- Enter your current Account Name and Password on the Login window or verify they are correct. 4- Press the Login button. 5- If you have any trouble logging in, please see the Login Problems section here: http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?l=LoginInstructions.php#LoginProblems Sierra Chart Support |
