FXCM DAILY DATA - NOT WORKING

USING FXCM DATA FEED

Intraday is coming through fine for UK OIL however DAILY chart just shows ONE candle.

Please resolve as this has intermittently reoccured on different instruments at some time or other.

PS: I have Followed all previous instructions etc and the problem still persists.

How do you have Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >>Historical Data Service Settings >> Historical Daily Data Source set to?

Go to the chart and select Edit >> Delete All Data and Download and then post a copy of the Message Log by following these instructions:
