Sierra Chart Data corruption and intermittent updating

I am running version 996, service package 5, and getting data feed from OEC. It seems that data every once in a while gets corrupted and the chart updating also seems to be intermittent. The problem is usually resolved by logging off and logging back on Sierra. Sure would appreciate a solution as the date on Sierra Charts becomes unreliable.
