Are you connecting to FXCM with Sierra Chart from more than one copy of Sierra Chart? You can only have a single connection to FXCM using FIX. In order for us to help with this, we will need to actually get the connection information that FXCM provided you and test them. You can start an Account Support ticket here and provide them to us: https://www.sierrachart.com/usercp.php?page=SupportTickets Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. What we are seeing from the Message Log is the FXCM server is quickly disconnecting you because they see something wrong with the login information or you are currently logged in from another copy of Sierra Chart.

Hello, I show you message from api@fxcm.com, for you .. Hello SIERRA CHART support team, Would you kindly help Thierry to connect to our server. We have already created a FIX credential for him but he still can’t login. After we look into our server side log, we found some Java Exception on client app side. Please refer to the log below. If you are running any firewall software in your computer, disable it. Also try temporarily disabling the Windows firewall. If that does not help, contact your Internet service provider and see if they are blocking or somehow degrading port 8031. The evidence is, there is some trouble with the network connectivity over port 8031 from your computer to the FXCM server. We could not fully connect FXCM because we do not know your password. However, you did not get as far as we did. Which means there is a connectivity problem. Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Other responses are from users. We have received an email from you that you are not able to connect. Could you confirm if this is still the case. Otherwise, our recommendation would be to see if you can get a different port number, preferably 80, from FXCM. Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support.
