the chart values running horizontally across the top...is there a way to make the font for that bigger and also the font for the numbers for the price retracement tool

You will need to update the Chart Text Font under Graphics Settings: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?l=doc/doc_GraphicsSettings.html The font size for a Chart Drawing Tool can be set with Global Settings >> Tool Settings >> Global Chart Drawing Font.
