I draw inventory lines on a cumulative delta bar study-volume. Whenever I close the program, or my computer goes to sleep, and I restart the program, the lines that I drew are no longer where I drew them. I have attached a chart showing lines in random spots after I restarted the program? Thanks. |

If you set 'Reset at Start of Trading Day' to Yes, lines you drew yesterday will not be in the correct position. If you set 'Reset at Start of Trading Day' to No, lines you draw will only be in the correct position the following day if the starting day is always the same, which is determined by these Chart Settings: 1) 'Days to Display/Load' is set to 0 (This loads data for all of the days for the symbol, so if you use a continuous contract, it could take very long to load when first opening the chartbook). 2) 'Use Date Range' is checked and the dates never change. Sleep mode should be turned off on a trading computer, IMO. |
