Hello, I would like to ask you. I have Interactive brokers account (IB) and I trade in SIM mode with IB data and I enter orders right in SC chart. If I want to trade live and still enter orders in SC chart, is there anything what needs to be set or done (except switch of the SIM mode in SC) before I will start live trading? Thank you for your answer. Have a great day! Martin Vlcek |

You just need to disable Trade Simulation Mode. This is documented here: http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?l=doc/doc_Trading.html#DifferenceBetweenSimAndNonSim Also, make sure that you are logged into Trader Workstation with your live account. Yes, if you switch off trade Simulation mode, orders entered will be sent directly to the IB account you have entered under "File >> Data/Trade Service Settings". Also, make sure you have reviewed the Overview of Trading documentation here: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?l=doc/doc_Trading.html Sierra Chart Support |
