Heartbeat messages and disconnect with SC as server

the following is relevant to SC as a server configuration we've been having disconnect issue. getting "No heartbeat received" while dianogosing, one thing noticed looking at the message log is that the messages in the log depend on the data service SC is connected to. which is a bit strange since expected to see the exact same messages. one thing that does stand out is that 1. when connected to SC All Data, I see a message in the message log that says "Requested heartbeat interval: 40: 2. when connected to cqgfix, I don't see that message so far I have not had disconnects with SC All Data the disconnect are with cgqfix thoughts? |

Make sure you are running a current version of Sierra Chart and reduce the heartbeat interval to 20 seconds when logging in with your DTC client. Whenever a DTC Client connects you will we see a message like "Requested heartbeat interval: " If you still have a problem we will have to examine the issue more closely.
