-Movement of charting frequently Stops. Restarting charts solves it for a while...Then it stops again.

-Impossible to get Crosshear on charts- at all.

-On some charts-impossible to get the Tool Value Window.

1. In the case of TransAct, Sierra Chart is not the provider of the data feed. The data feed is provided by TransAct and they are responsible for it. You need to contact TransAct support for this. Please have your broker put you in contact with them. This is not an issue we can help with.

2. You will need to use the Global Cursor feature. This is documented here:

3. To open the Tool Values Window select Window >> Tool Values Window. If you do not see it, then select Window >> Reset Windows and open it again. What exactly is impossible? Here is the general documentation for working with the Tool Values Window:
