Disable Error Filtering as explained here: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/doc_ErrorFilter.html#DisablingErrorFiltering After this re-download the data in the chart with Edit >> Delete All Data and Download. There are apparently many data errors in the data. The error filtering is filtering those out but may also be filtering out some valid data as well.
