you need to have min 1000 usd left in your account otherwise they charge 150 euros per month for inactivity

If you do not want to believe us, then we cannot offer assistance. We do know that the name of the server being connected to is not displayed in the log and that will be resolved, but that is not the problem. Please contact LMAX about this. Let them know you are connecting over FIX. They will help you with this. FIX is different and the other programs are not using FIX.
