Error when opening chartbooks

Good morning, i have this error indefintely repeated : "An unhandled exception was caught in c_Chart::WindowProc. Message: 275, wParam: 100, lParam: 0 | 2013-06-18 04:01:39" I think it happens when i open particular chartbook but continues when i close it. Also when trying to download last version i had this error : "Reading for a HTTP request (2) failed. Windows error code 10053: Une connexion établie a été abandonnée par un logiciel de votre ordinateur hôte. | 2013-06-18 04:00:12 Failed to download software update due to an error. Request ID: 2. | 2013-06-18 04:00:12" I uninstalled my antivirus after seeing a message about it on the support board but didn't work. Thank you for your attention. |
