Unable to select correct trade account in trade window

In my DTC service, I have two trade accounts, one in BTC the other in LTC. On a BTC chart, I am unable to select the BTC trade account, the only one in the list is the LTC one. Do you have an explanation for this?

Though I don't care since I can always link the correct trading account from the context (security traded).

In the list of Trade Accounts on the Trade Window in Sierra Chart, there will be listed all of the accounts that have been provided by the DTC service through the TRADE_ACCOUNT_RESPONSE messages. There is 0% chance there is anything wrong with this on the Sierra Chart side. Make sure these fields are set correctly when sending those messages: int32_t TotalNumberMessages; int32_t MessageNumber;
