Sierra has stopped downloading my futures charts (ES, Ym, Nq) for the evening session. Under Chart Settings, I have the box checked for "Use Evening Session" and the start is 00:00:00 and the end is 23:59:59. I went to the Edit>Delete All Data and Download for the ES and it took a long time but it filled in all missing data. For years, the evening session has always filled in each morning when I turn on my computer and bring up Sierra Charts. Now is does not. I turn my computer off every night and back on each morning at 5:00 am CT

Refer to help topic 7.1: Http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/helpdetails7.html This must be an issue on the Interactive Brokers side. Therefore, we recommend changing to Sierra Chart service package 3 so most of the historical data is downloaded from the Sierra Chart Historical Data service which is much faster and more reliable.
