I have an account with a broker who provides SC #5. They refer to it as a "white label" since the account name is the same for all, when selecting help>about>account name (TransActuser). An educator wants to authorize me to use some studies he has developed. He is not able to locate the the unique account name because it is generic. However several people who have SC,provided by this broker were able provide the educator a unique account name..Could some one please advise... Educators response.... If they don't understand your question just tell them that a guy that gave you custom studies that he wrote is trying to approve your account through the SC Custom Studies redistribution system but it doesn't work because you have this TransActUser acoount name Thank you |

In this particular case, you need to give them your TransAct username and they need to set it up as an External Service Username.
