Is there a way to draw a vertical line when a condition is met? The only dynamic drawings ability I could find is a horizontal line.

The easiest way to do this is to use the Background Draw Style for one of the Spreadsheet Study Subgraphs and return a nonzero value in the corresponding Sheet column. Or you could use Bar Top and Bar Bottom Draw Style pairs and use 2 Sheet columns and return values of 2 and 1 respectively. You will need to use an Independent scale in this case.
