TF data problem CQG

Hi SC, please see screenshot attached. What could possibly go wrong with AMP CQG data for TF contract today? There are missing bars. Delete and download do not work. Thanks.

Moreover, once Delete and Download data is performed, all today's bars disappear except 2 latest.
How can I fix that?

It seems the data missing from about 9:00 pm Eastern yesterday (comparing to Rithmic).

I am having the same issue today with AMP CQG with Sierra Charts. I have a Ninjatrader CQG Demo and all intraday data is shown.

We have indirectly solved this problem described in the first post #1. Restart Sierra Chart to get updated symbol settings.

The historical data you will receive will be delayed. As far as a permanent solution, this is out of our hands. So we do not know whether it will be solved or not.

If you still have an issue, let us know the symbol.
